Low-temperature (heat-pump) evaporation lowers the boiling point under vacuum/negative pressure and uses heat-pump waste heat as the evaporation source, concentrating materials at low temperature instead of traditional high-temperature spray drying.
The low evaporation temperature avoids thermal degradation of heat-sensitive slurries; energy use is far below conventional evaporators — spray-drying energy drops about 40% — with no steam boiler required.
Suited to slurry concentration, low-temperature concentration of high-salinity wastewater and waste-liquid reduction; usable standalone or coupled with MVR and drying systems as a multi-effect resourceization package.
