For odor-laden, moisture-laden exhaust from drying processes in fermentation and pharmaceutical plants, the technology adopts a "closed exhaust loop + cascade heat recovery" route: tail gas is not vented but dehumidified, purified and returned to the dryer, while sensible and latent heat is recovered to preheat fresh air or materials.
The closed loop reduces vented exhaust to near zero, solving workshop odor and compliance problems at the source; recovered heat replaces part of the fresh heat supply, saving more than 22% of energy overall.
Best combined with heat-pump units, it applies to drying processes with VOC- or odor-laden exhaust in fermentation, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
