The MVR sludge drying system customized by Keyuan Ruineng for a municipal sludge treatment project has completed commissioning and been delivered.

Adopting integrated mechanical vapor recompression and paddle drying, the system processes 1 t/h, reducing moisture from 80% to below 40%, with treatment cost under 150 CNY/t and over 50% energy savings versus traditional drying — significantly cutting sludge transport and disposal expenses.

The successful delivery provides another model project for volume-reduction and harmless disposal of municipal, chemical and pharmaceutical sludge.
