Keyuan Ruineng has officially signed a contract with a major fermentation & pharmaceutical enterprise for a near-zero emission exhaust recycling system retrofit.

Targeting high energy consumption and difficult odor treatment in the drying process, the project adopts a closed exhaust loop with cascade heat recovery: tail gas is dehumidified, purified and returned to the dryer, while sensible and latent heat is recovered to preheat fresh air — achieving near-zero emission with expected energy savings of over 22%.

Once completed, the project will significantly reduce operating costs and help the client meet both odor control and environmental compliance goals.
